ROBERT W. WISE, CPA
Rob is the Director and President of Snyder & Company, PA, CPA’s. Rob has been with the firm for over 25 years and holds a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Goldey-Beacom College. He works closely with his clients providing business consultation, creative solutions and tax planning. Born and raised in Newark, Delaware Rob now lives with his wife north of Chesapeake City, MD and has two adult children. He is very active and committed to his church congregation. Rob is an avid, passionate and knowledgeable Philadelphia Eagles fan.
CINDY LYNCH
Cindy is a Bookkeeper and has been with Snyder & Company for over 10 years. Cindy graduated from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a concentration in Accounting. Married for 28 years to her high school sweetheart, she has two fabulous grown children. Cindy is an avid walker who loves to read and spend summer days at the Jersey Shore with her family and friends.
CYNTHIA PFIRRMANN
Cynde is an accounting manager and joined Snyder & Company in 2019. Cynde recently passed the CPA exam in 2020 and earned the Enrolled Agent credential in 2017. She has a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science from the University of Maryland and studied accounting at Baker College. Cynde lives in the Wilmington area with her husband of 7 years and has an adult daughter. When she is not reading or studying, Cynde and her husband enjoy exploring the walking trails around the state.
PAT CASKEY
Stanley “Pat” Caskey is one of our Bookkeepers. Pat joined the company in April 2021. Pat and his wife Cyndi are proud parents to two dogs, Lucy & Lincoln. In his spare time he enjoys smoking meats and spending time with his large family.
LISA REITELBACH
Lisa is one of our Bookkeepers. Originally from Iowa she came to Delaware in 2019. She has an associates degree from South Western Community College and attended University of Northern Iowa. In her spare time she enjoys sewing and crafts.
ZACH WISE
Zach is an Assistant Manager and joined the Snyder & Company team in February 2023. He graduated with a Bachelors and Masters in Finance from Goldey-Beacom College. Zach currently lives in Elkton, MD, where he was born and raised. He is the drummer on the church worship team. When he is not in the office, he likes to play golf and enjoys watching sports.
JEANETTE RIVITUSO
Jeanette “Nettie” Rivituso is our Administrative Support Specialist. She joined the Snyder team in October 2022. She hails from New Jersey, but has now been in Delaware for 3 years. She is married to her best friend for 21 years. She has 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren. When she’s not in the office she loves sewing, camping and being out on the boat fishing with her family.
DENNIS H. SNYDER, CPA
Dennis is the Founder of Snyder & Company, PA, CPA’s. Dennis had a passion for working with small business owners and was the driving force for the evolution of the firm. Dennis and his family are now enjoying retirement life in Tuscon, AZ. Before his move west he was a long-time member of the White Clay Bicycle Club and enjoys hiking sections of the Appalachian Trial in PA, NJ and the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Dennis has a B.S. Degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware. Dennis and his wife, Marybeth met at the University of Delaware and raised their three children in North Wilmington and is an avid road cyclist and hiker.
